Loaded fries were great and the only reason I'm not leaving less stars. We ordered the loaded fries and two chicken sandwiches. FYI: the sandwiches come with fries. Here is the catch; Sandwiches smelled, (the way chicken smells after being boiled in plain water and left in the fridge for a few days.) Definitely wasn't fresh. Even with mayo and their sauce I couldn't force myself to eat it. The only flavor the chicken had matched the smell forcing me to toss it in trash. I don't see us eating here again.

The food is good for a food truck. Prices have gone up, but I guess it's inflation. I recommend for all none Peruvians as well. It's a decent taste of Peruvian food.

Honestly ok. They use frozen fries which don’t have such a good taste on salichipapa, the salchichas were ok. Not so good, not so salted. There is definitely better but it’s a ok food truck.
